We lived in our old house in San Jose for over 12 years. When we put it on the market last year, the market condition was quite bad for sellers. You offered to help us knowing the difficulties ahead. After the house was listed, you, Jon, and Alayna, had hosted so many open houses. We are especially moved that you held open house on the rainy Thanksgiving weekend. You and your team did so much work, it was simply amazing!

Your dedication and hard work produced a total of eleven written offers. Unfortunately, we were not prepared for the market demands. Looking back, we want to thank you for always being patient, and always putting our interest at the top. You represented us really well in all situations.

Over time, we started to realize how much we were emotionally attached to the house, and how much we wished to find good new owners, and help turn over to a new page for the house.
